Thankyou for taking the time to look at my portfolio in graphic design its quite varied right?
That's because I like to make sure that I am always learning new skills. I took Visual Arts at the University of Greenwich which enabled me explore all different areas of Graphic Design. The avenue I decided to walk into first was magazine design. I loved the fast paced atmosphere and how creative it let me be. I worked on More!, Star, Heat, Moshi Monsters, Girl Talk, Top of the Pops (yes that's still going) and many more magazines. I worked in this industry for 8 years and last year I decided to take a different route. I wanted a new challenge. Don't get me wrong I love magazine design and whilst working at Girl Talk I was able to gain a new skill in video editing. But I needed something new, so hello children's books. I am now at Hachette chilldrens working as their Senior Designer on series fiction, IP, and Licensing. Over the years I have also been able to work on several licenses which include: Mattel, Eone, Universal, Disney and BBC.
